[閒聊] 高雄有海水淡化廠嗎?

近年來氣候很異常 高雄又是個冬天不太會下雨的都市 水資源捉襟見肘
有一個想法 就是高雄離海很近 所以可以設立海水淡化廠
我看新加坡 印度 等等國家 都有在蓋 澎湖也有
我在想以高雄的狀況 也可以設立
目的是為了因應旱季可能完全沒有水可以用
