[新聞]港尾溝溪豆腐渣工程　南檢偵結起訴

啟用19天就因豪雨崩塌、被譏為豆腐渣工程的台南港尾溝溪疏洪道，台南地
檢署經過四個月追查，發現艾奕康工程顧問公司為了省下工程地質勘驗檢測
費，錯誤設計而導致工程單位施工不當，監工人員也包庇施工廠商的級配不
紮實，才造成疏洪道崩塌。檢方今天依《詐欺罪》起訴艾奕康公司計畫經理
李祈宏等4人。
