求助:jr全國pass的使用問題?

我打算買7日的全國pass，普通證29110日幣，但有些問題想請問? 1.東京到札榥,撘仙后座號 / 北斗星號，大約要坐多久的，有需另付臥舖費用或其他的費用嗎? 2。是不是要先訂好位置?會不會難訂? 打算訂2/3日至2月5日這3天內其中一天。 3。7日pass是下機那天就要使用嗎? 還是可任選1天，連續使用7日?
